Downtown Roswell Wedding || Wendy + Eric
Anyone who has visited Downtown Roswell, Georgia has probably been swept away by the charm, uniqueness, beautiful buildings, and livelihood of the area. When Wendy first contacted me to be their wedding photographer for their small, intimate wedding in Roswell, it was an immediate yes!
The venue was Gypsy Rose, which is a small music venue nestled in the heart of downtown Roswell. Colors and murals about throughout the inside and outside, and the family transformed the inside of the venue to a beautiful and inviting space.
I had the privilege to shoot with my friend Laura- who did my hair and makeup for my wedding!
One thing this wedding had no shortage of was COLOR. From Wendy's dress to Eric's vest, to the wildflower bouquet and vivid murals on the walls, there was no shortage of beautiful colors all around. They got married in the middle of the summer, so the trees were fully in bloom and sunlight was abundant.
Wendy and Eric's children were AWESOME throughout the day helping it all go smoothly. Wendy had her sister officiate the wedding which was a personal and touching aspect of the day. Their other friends and family members were all delightful and so happy to be there to celebrate these two best friends tie the knot.
Dancing, toasts, and cake cutting all took place under the colorful lights of the venue. Laughter and fun were all around Laura and I as we shot a surprise clogging performance by Wendy's daughter and sister! So much fun!
